All our employees have equal rights to work overtime and no employee can be forced to stay overtime. Our employees are given 2 (two) days off per week.
  • As Balmy Consumption Products Industry Joint Stock Company, our employees are paid the minimum wage determined by the law. Our goal is to pay an amount that can increase the well-being of our employees, meet their basic needs and provide some savings.
  • Our company provides its employees with a healthy, safe and clean working environment. All our machinery and equipment are periodically checked and maintained. Our employees are provided with personal safety equipment and free healthcare services are provided within the company.
  • Our employees are our partners. For this reason, they have the freedom to choose their own representatives. As a company, we have adopted the principle of listening to all the complaints of our employees and finding solutions to them.
  • All our subcontractors and suppliers (sub-manufacturers) are obliged to implement the principles specified in our policy in their own facilities. Applications are periodically checked by our company.
